It is indeed a sorry state in the affairs of the main ruling party Congress at the Centre. A does not know what B is saying and vice versa. This is going on for years and there is no control for some time. But everything is blown out of proportion the fight is not between Congress and BJP but it is between Congress and Rahul Gandhi. " Throw out ordinance " the statement made by Rahul Gandhi was a slap on the face of the Prime Minister, who is undergoing a tour of US. The timing of the statement was not proper and came at a wrong time when BJP is having an upper hand in exit polls as on date. Thus the credibility of the PM was questioned by his own party man and that too in public. Rahul Gandhi not only rejects the ordinance and left the PM in the lurch in the end. It is now proved beyond doubt that the PM is just a puppet and the party men were after his blood for a very long time. Party cadres supported Rahul and his untimely statement and let the PM take his own stand whether to quit or just complete the term under the clutches of the likes of Sonia and his son. One other view in the air was that it was a scripted one and just a damage control. Having a single digit popularity in the opinion polls PM is not an automatic choice for the coveted post once again. PM is at the fag end of his career and Rahul Gandhi was waiting for an opportunity and trashed Government ordinance. It was a collateral damage to Manmohan Singh and his Government and he is embattled by his own people and pushed to a corner. It appears as though the PM is given a pink slip by the Congress VP Rahul. Thus we witness a public fight between Congress and BJP and and Public snub to PM. With a total divide in Government over the ordinance will the PM would be forced to quit when he returns from the US. Now it is a matter of time for the marching orders
