TEAM SPIRIT

Down and out
August 11, 2011 at 10:10pm
Chasing the ball from Mumbai to Manchester is our oldest weakness and it is an age-old problem all these days. Whether it is Sachin, Sehwag, Dravid or Laxman we fall prey to slip catches and that is our defect in technique. Still we consider ourselves world class all these days. The HOME TIGER image spoiled our out cricket and we play on feather bed of a wicket at home all the time and pay price for the same. Instead of playing all the time in the sub-continent we should come out in open. Now the number one position is at stake and we have to blame ourselves for this position. The team play without a pair of genuine fast bowlers or a genuine pair opening batsmen and so the writing is on the wall. Eat cricket, sleep cricket has now become weep cricket.
